Retail Inventory Associate – Multi-Location Retail Operations We are looking for a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Retail Inventory Associate to support inventory operations across our related retail locations. The primary focus of this position is simple: making sure our stores have the inventory they need, when they need it. The Retail Inventory Associate will be responsible for preparing, packaging, labeling, and organizing designated inventory while maintaining regular communication with each store regarding current stock levels and inventory needs. This is a hands-on position that requires accuracy, consistency, organization, and strong communication. Rather than waiting for a location to run out of inventory, you will be expected to proactively check stock levels, identify upcoming needs, prepare requested inventory, and ensure orders are completed in a timely manner. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, staying organized, following a routine, and taking ownership of an important part of our retail operations. As our Inventory Associate, you will be responsible for: Preparing, packaging, and organizing designated inventory for all related locations Accurately weighing products according to established sizes and company standards Properly packaging and labeling completed products Maintaining accurate and consistent weights while minimizing unnecessary product waste Regularly communicating to request current inventory levels Keeping track of product types, sizes, and quantities currently available at each location Identifying when a location is running low before inventory is completely depleted Receiving and organizing inventory requests from all related locations Preparing requested quantities accurately and in a timely manner Keeping completed orders separated and clearly organized by store Communicating with management when orders are completed and ready for distribution Maintaining organized records of inventory prepared and distributed to each location Monitoring packaging and labeling supplies and notifying management before supplies run out Maintaining a clean, sanitary, and organized preparation/work area Following all company procedures regarding product handling, packaging, labeling, inventory, and security Immediately communicating inventory discrepancies, shortages, damaged products, or other concerns to management We are looking for someone who is: At least 21 years old Reliable and punctual Highly organized and detail-oriented Comfortable working independently Able to manage responsibilities without constant supervision Consistent with communication and follow-up Comfortable using group messaging for regular inventory communication Able to accurately weigh, count, package, and organize products Able to follow specific packaging and labeling procedures Comfortable performing repetitive preparation tasks while maintaining accuracy Able to prioritize requests from multiple locations based on inventory needs Able to maintain a clean and organized workspace Willing to learn and consistently follow company procedures Apply today to join our team!
