Responsibilities Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and operational efficiency Lead, train, and develop sales associates to deliver outstanding customer service and meet sales targets Manage inventory control, including stock replenishment, merchandising, and accurate record-keeping Supervise cashiering activities, including cash handling, POS system management, and transaction accuracy Implement effective sales strategies through pricing, promotional activities, and visual merchandising Conduct employee orientation sessions, interviews, and recruiting efforts to build a high-performing team Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare reports to inform management decisions Coordinate shift schedules, manage payroll processing, and ensure compliance with company policies Qualifications Proven experience as an assistant manager or in retail management within the fashion or related industry Strong leadership skills with demonstrated team management and supervisory experience Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus Proficiency with POS systems, inventory management software, and basic bookkeeping practices Ability to perform retail math calculations accurately for pricing, sales analysis, and budgeting purposes Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of merchandising techniques, stock control procedures, and operational management principles Experience in recruiting, training & development of staff, and employee orientation processes Familiarity with retail industry standards such as customer service excellence, phone etiquette, and store safety protocols Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering style-driven experiences while advancing your career in retail management.
