Duties Coordinate purchasing decisions and inventory replenishment to ensure product availability and optimal stock levels. Manage retail sales activities, including pricing strategies, merchandising displays, and promotional campaigns to maximize revenue. Implement marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing ones through effective communication and promotional strategies. Oversee payroll processing, cash handling procedures, and bookkeeping to maintain accurate financial records. Utilize POS (Point of Sale) systems for transactions, inventory management, and reporting purposes. Lead and supervise daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent customer service. Recruit, train, and develop team members to enhance their skills in sales, cashiering, and customer engagement. Requirements Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in cash handling, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks. Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for engaging with a broader customer base. Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of customer service. Proficiency in merchandising, pricing strategies, and sales management techniques. Experience with POS systems, payroll processing, recruiting, training & development, and budgeting.
