RESTORATION OPERATIONS MANAGER

SERVPRO of Hot Springs | Full-Time | $70,000–$80,000/year + commission

What We're Looking For

• Leadership experience managing field teams or operations
• Strong scheduling, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Experience tracking performance metrics and improving efficiency
• Strong communication and accountability skills
• Comfortable using scheduling and operations software
• Restoration, construction, or service industry experience preferred
