Restaurant Operations Manager

Job Summary Cisco Brewers Kitchen & Bar is seeking an organized and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations and support a high standard of guest service. The successful candidate will coordinate front-of-house and kitchen activities, support staff development, monitor operational performance, and help maintain a welcoming and efficient dining environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily restaurant operations to support smooth and efficient service. Coordinate front-of-house and kitchen teams during service periods. Supervise, train, and support employees to maintain service standards. Assist with staff scheduling, shift planning, and daily task assignments. Monitor food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction. Address guest concerns professionally and help resolve service issues. Monitor inventory, supplies, and ordering needs. Support cost-control practices and help manage labor and operating expenses. Ensure compliance with applicable food safety, sanitation, workplace safety, and company policies. Communicate operational updates and performance concerns to senior management. Help identify opportunities to improve service efficiency and team performance. Qualifications Previous experience in restaurant management, hospitality supervision, or restaurant operations. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to organize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of restaurant service standards and food safety practices. Ability to support employee training, scheduling, and team coordination. Professional approach to guest service and conflict resolution.
