Your primary focus will be to craft high-quality cocktails, pour beers, and serve wines while maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing inventory, adhering to health and safety regulations, and collaborating closely with the restaurant team to support smooth operations. Minimum Qualifications: Legal age to serve alcohol as per local regulations. Previous experience as a bartender or in a customer service role within the hospitality industry. Basic knowledge of drink recipes and beverage preparation techniques. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in bartending or mixology from a recognized institution. Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling. Knowledge of local and international beverage trends. Ability to create custom cocktails and innovate drink menus. Responsibilities: Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standardized recipes and customer preferences. Engage with guests to take orders, provide recommendations, and ensure a positive and enjoyable experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and communicate with management regarding ordering needs. Adhere to all health, safety, and licensing regulations related to alcohol service. Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to coordinate timely service and resolve any guest concerns. Handle cash and process payments accurately while maintaining accountability.
