This role utilizes multiple data sources and works at a granular level to create inventory efficiencies for our client and retail partners. This role also plays a key role in the day-to-day execution of our client’s Sam’s Club business. Our approach to client service is grounded in our values. Responsibilities Works directly with clients & retailer to manage in-stock levels, Club/DC inventory, forecasts, MABD/Fill Rate compliance Educates clients, peers, and other business partners on replenishment expectations and best practices Proactive planning and analysis to drive business from a replenishment perspective. Additional responsibilities include seasonal analysis, demand planning, policy recommendations, order recommendations, and forecast recommendations. Responsible for providing weekly reporting as well as identifying concerns with root cause analysis recommendations for correcting replenishment concerns. Responsible for assisting the with ad hoc requests and projects such as client form completion/compliance, new item setup, lead time audits, meeting preparations. Assist in the development of tools and processes to meet changing business needs within the industry. Takes a proactive approach to inventory management for changes in modular items including adds, deletes and store count changes. Actively participates in weekly calls Contributes to 30-60-90 planning meetings, modular updates and event support Plays a key role in the preparation of major meetings such as Line Reviews and Client Strategy meetings Requirements 2+ years of experience in Order Management, Supply Chain/Logistics, Replenishment for Sam’s Club and/or Walmart Strong written communication and verbal communication skills Excellent customer service orientation; Ability to ensure a high lev…
