Replenishment Analyst - Remote

Position Summary: The Replenishment Analyst is responsible for supporting inventory and replenishment activities through inventory analysis, implementing strategic decisions, and providing ordering support. This role works closely with internal teams and suppliers to manage inventory levels, analyze product usage, and ensure products are available to meet service level expectations. Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, organization, collaboration, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting Stellar's inventory management processes. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Inventory Analysis & Replenishment Analyze product usage reports to manage inventory levels according to defined inventory metrics and established service level expectations. Coordinate replenishment and ordering activities across multiple product categories for new and existing customers. Place replenishment orders based on inventory analysis and demand requirements. Analyze distribution center inventory levels to provide actionable insights. Maintain a healthy supply chain that performs in the best interest of our customers and Stellar. Customer & Supplier Support Proactively resolve supply chain issues to help ensure customers receive the products they need when they need them. Follow established processes to deliver consistent replenishment support. Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with Sourcing, Commercial, Accounts Payable, Site Support, and other internal stakeholders to support replenishment activities. Participate in team and company projects that improve operational efficiency. Engage in ongoing learning of Stellar products, services, and processes through scheduled training and self-directed learning. Professional Standards Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and integrity with internal and external customers. Maintain confidentiality while working with customer, supplier, and company information. Understand and adhere to company policies and procedures. Other duties, responsibilities, and activities may be assigned or modified at any time to meet business needs Hours/Schedule: Full-time, non-exempt hourly position. Standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. ET, with flexibility based on the employee's time zone and business needs. Occasional additional hours may be required to support inventory demands, customer needs, or business initiatives. Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience required. Experience working in inventory management, replenishment, industrial distribution, or a related field preferred. Experience using ERP or other business software preferred. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Strong organizational and analytical skills. Proactive problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Results-driven with a willingness to learn and grow within the role. Strong responsiveness and professional approach in communications. Strong financial aptitude. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge of the industrial distribution industry is preferred. Experience working with ERP or similar business software.
