Visit our Website: pumpstx.com Job Description: Responsibilities Inspect, diagnose, and repair faulty equipment or devices. Disassemble units and replace, adjust, or repair parts. Document work performed, including diagnostics, repairs, and parts used. Communicate with customers or internal teams about repair status and recommendations. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines. Keep up-to-date with new products and repair techniques. Qualifications: Certification in relevant trade or technical field (e.g., CompTIA A+, HVAC certification, ASE certification). Experience with inventory management systems and repair ticketing software. Experience in Profit 21 a plus Valid driver’s license (if field work is involved). Work Environment: Workshop, warehouse, or field setting depending on the role. May involve exposure to noise, dust, and heavy equipment. High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training is a plus. Proven experience as a Repair Technician or in a similar role. Strong mechanical and/or electronic troubleshooting skills. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment. Ability to read and interpret technical documents, schematics, and manuals. Good communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
