Position Summary: We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our Repack Department as Warehouse Labourers. This position plays an important role in ensuring the timely and accurate picking of repack products. The successful candidate will utilize a voice-activated pick system to accurately pick customer-ordered products and load them into the correct boxes or totes. Additionally, they will maneuver carts to the correct locations, ensure boxes and totes are sent down the line to Loading at the appropriate time, rotate to assist in other roles, and perform other duties as assigned . Work Schedule: Regular working hours are from 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, with the possibility of up to 2 hours of mandatory overtime per day (up to 8 hours a week). Weekend work is rare, allowing for a healthy work-life balance. Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, the candidate should possess strong attention to detail, a commitment to a high standard of safety, and the ability to comply with all safety policies and practices. The candidate must be able to meet required productivity and quality standards. The role requires the physical capability for repetitive bending, reaching, twisting, and lifting. Specifically, you must be able to lift up to 40 lbs., from the floor to the waist, lift up to 40 lbs., from the waist to the shoulder, and pull products weighing up to 40 lbs., down from above shoulder level to the waist or floor level. Additionally, candidates must have the ability to push and pull both empty and full carts of products, as well as lift, push, and pull boxes and totes onto a conveyor belt. The candidate will need the capacity to walk and stand for 8 to 10 hours per day, wear a headset to take verbal instructions for 8 to 10 hours per day, and climb two flights of stairs approximately 10 times per day.
