Repack Associate, 2nd Shift

Job Summary Cardinal Group is hiring 3 Repack Associates for 2nd shift at the Honda Engine Plant. This is a hands-on manual labor job in a manufacturing environment. You’ll move engine blocks and parts with an overhead crane, and load and unload parts as part of the repack process. Duties Operate an overhead crane to move engine blocks and other parts Load and unload parts, containers, and racks Repack parts according to plant requirements and work instructions Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe Follow all plant and Cardinal safety rules, including PPE requirements Report safety concerns or quality issues to your supervisor right away Requirements Able to work 2nd shift consistently and show up on time Comfortable with physical, repetitive work on your feet for the full shift Able to follow safety procedures and work instructions Reliable and a good team player Manufacturing, warehouse, or crane experience is a plus, but not required. Crane training is provided.
