ConfidentialRemote Customer Service & Dispatch Representative AZ LNL Transport LLC Pay: $12.00 to $15.00 per hour, based on experience Job Type: Full Time | W2 Employee Schedule: 40 hours per week Location: Fully Remote | Texas Residents Only Job Summary AZ LNL Transport LLC is seeking dependable, organized & customer focused individuals to join our remote Customer Service & Dispatch team. We specialize in non emergency medical transportation (NEMT), coordinating rides for members traveling to important medical appointments, including dialysis, treatments & other healthcare services. As a Dispatch Representative, you will play an important role in coordinating daily transportation schedules, communicating with drivers, monitoring trip progress & helping ensure members arrive at their appointments on time. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail & the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment. We are looking for reliable individuals who can think quickly, solve problems & work well with a team. Duties & Responsibilities Answer incoming calls & communicate professionally with drivers, members & transportation coordinators Monitor daily transportation schedules, driver assignments, pickups & drop offs Track trip progress to help ensure members arrive at appointments on time Coordinate last minute transportation requests, cancellations & scheduling changes Communicate with drivers regarding trip assignments, delays & updates Accurately document pickup times, drop off times, trip status & other required information Assist with resolving transportation issues, scheduling conflicts & service concerns Utilize dispatch software, communication platforms & Microsoft Office applications Maintain accurate records of transportation activities & daily operations Work closely with other dispatch team members to maintain efficient operations Follow company procedures while maintaining professionalism & member confidentiality Skills & Qualifications Previous customer service, dispatch or call center experience preferred Strong verbal & written communication skills Excellent phone etiquette & professional customer service Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a busy environment Strong organizational skills & attention to detail Comfortable working with computers, multiple applications & dispatch software Good problem solving skills & ability to make decisions under pressure Dependable, punctual & able to work independently Reliable high speed internet connection & quiet home workspace Experience in medical transportation, healthcare scheduling or NEMT dispatch is a plus Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required Schedule & Availability Full time, 40 hours per week Two available shift start times: 6:00 AM or 9:00 AM Arizona Time (MST) Operations run Monday through Saturday Assigned schedules based on operational needs Reliable attendance & punctuality are essential Important: All work schedules follow Arizona Time (MST), regardless of the employee's location. Compensation & Employment $12.00 to $15.00 per hour, based on experience W2 employee position Fully remote Training provided Location Requirements This is a fully remote position with no onsite work required.
