Relief Transportation Driver
Umpqua DairySummary Umpqua Dairy Foods Inc., a leading supplier and distributor of high-quality award-winning dairy products, is looking for a Relief Driver to join our award winning team. The Relief driver will be an essential member of the distribution team, and a face of our company. This is a physically demanding job and candidates must have 18 months experience with a Class A- CDL. Wage: $29.60 -$32.89 Essential Functions Conduct Pre-trip inspection at the beginning of each workday. Deliver products to stores and restaurants Maintain an accurate route book with applicable information noted for each account. Tend to customer requests and demands. Communicate any necessary concerns to the Route Supervisor, Sales Coordinator, Director of Marketing, etc. Loads and unloads products from company vehicles using hand trucks and pallet jacks. Requirements Driver must have a clean driving record and 18 months of class A CDL. Drive Test and equipment competency will need to be performed before the offer of employment.
