WESTERN PACIFIC TRUCK SCHOOLTHE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS MUST PASS IN HOUSE TRAINING/QUALIFICATION COURSE (ADMIN & INSTRUCTOR) Valid Class A License (Commercial Driver's License w/ no restrictions) Ability to work 12hr days Fiscally responsible Problem solving Positive mindset Detail oriented Excellent communication skills Experience managing/leading a team Basic HR/Payroll knowledge Basic knowledge of truck maintenance THE REGIONAL TRANSPORTATION MANAGER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR: Building, leading, and sustaining a team environment Coaching and counseling of instructors On hand training for new instructors Planning, scheduling and executing campus facility and operations needs (Instructors and Admin Reps) Manage instructor staffing needs, responsible for weekly schedules including overtime and special projects Review and approve timecards weekly Host monthly safety training meetings with instructors Implements any changes/updates in policies and procedures Performs weekly truck inspections Schedule maintenance of 90 day inspections on equipment Weekly auditing of instructor training materials/processes Job Type: Full-time Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Flexible schedule Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: Management: 3 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
