Job Description We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Regional So Cal Delivery Dispatcher to support our Bay Area Region delivery operations. This role is responsible for coordinating delivery orders, assisting drivers in real time, and ensuring a smooth and compliant customer experience from order placement to delivery completion. The ideal candidate is organized, calm under pressure, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Dispatch & Order Coordination Process and manage delivery orders using POS and routing platforms (Weedmaps and similar systems) Monitor driver routes and delivery progress to ensure accuracy and timeliness Provide real-time support and troubleshooting for delivery drivers Communicate delays, issues, or changes promptly to customers and management Assist with packaging and preparing delivery orders as needed Customer Service Serve as the primary point of contact for customer calls, texts, and online inquiries Provide friendly, professional assistance throughout the ordering process Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues to management when necessary Maintain strong communication with drivers and internal teams Administrative & Compliance Support Track and report delivery performance and operational issues Maintain accurate records of deliveries, communications, and inventory flow Ensure compliance with company policies and California cannabis regulations Support management with dispatch process improvements Qualifications Must be 21 years of age or older Previous experience in dispatch, logistics, retail, or customer service preferred Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Comfortable using POS systems and dispatch software Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Must pass a state background check and meet all cannabis compliance requirements Benefits Employee discounts Paid training Supportive and team-oriented work environment Opportunities for growth within the company Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Application Question(s): Do you have full-time open availability, with no schedule restrictions?
