About us AGXP is a growing OTR trucking company looking for an experienced Dispatcher who knows and understands today's freight market. Any applicant with less than 8 years of recent experience will be automatically disqualified from the selection process. DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE AT LEAST EIGHT YEARS OF RECENT EXPERIENCE. You must have hands-on experience managing trucks, booking loads, resolving issues, and operating daily. AMERICA-BASED ONLY . Requirements: Strong, verifiable Amazon Relay experience. Experience dispatching OTR trucks. Deep understanding of current freight market conditions, rates, and lane pricing. Experience booking profitable freight on DAT and other load boards. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Dispatch company drivers and owner-operators. Manage all aspects of Amazon Relay operations. Book profitable loads and maximize truck revenue. Coordinate pickups, deliveries, and driver schedules. Track loads, communicate with drivers, and resolve service issues. Monitor market conditions and make strategic load-planning decisions.
