Circle of Life is growing, and we have an opening for a Regional Director of Operations to join our team. This position will oversee and manage our Metro office in Minnesota. Circle of Life is a leading home care agency serving 6 states. Position Duties Include

  • Participate in the hiring and training of managers
  • Organize and oversee the work and schedules of managers
  • Conduct performance evaluations
  • Handle discipline of employees as needed following company policy
  • Establish quantitative and qualitative metrics, guidelines, and standards by which the company's efficiency and effectiveness can be evaluated (identify opportunities for improvement)
  • Implement policies and procedures that will improve day-to-day operations
  • Oversee office operations, ensuring each branch is reaching goals set by departmental and company leadership
  • Monitors budget and revenue in each office to achieve financial objectives
  • Communicates and explains new directives, policies/procedures to manager for change and meets with staff to explain changes, answer questions, and maintain morale
  • Improve customer service and satisfaction
  • Market current products to potential clients, families, case workers and potential referral sources
  • Leads coordination and integration of efforts among homecare teams to produce smoother workflow and more cost-effective business processes
  • Traveling is required

 

Qualifications

Qualified applicants will have 3 years of management experience, excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal and customer service skills. Healthcare and/or home care experience preferred. The Regional Director of Operations oversees the day-to-day activities for their assigned branches, ensuring the organization is managed and performing efficiently and effectively. While carrying out the responsibilities of the position, ensure the values of servant-leadership, empathy, altruism, and integrity are evident in all actions and encounters.
