Family-owned company with a focus on reliability, safety, and respect. Opportunity for additional miles when freight is available. POSITION DETAILS Job type: Full-time, company driver. Location: Fort Wayne, Indiana. Position: Regional OTR tractor-trailer driver. Equipment: Company day-cab tractor. Typical schedule: Monday through Friday, with home time every weekend. Typical driving goal: Approximately 500 miles per working day, depending on dispatch and available freight. Operating area: Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, Illinois, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, and other Midwest/regional destinations as freight requires. Overnight accommodations: Company-paid hotels when required for regional trips. Because this position operates a day-cab tractor, drivers will stay in a hotel rather than sleep in the truck when an overnight stay is necessary. PAY INFORMATION Drivers are paid 25% of gross linehaul revenue , with weekly payroll. Actual earnings depend on dispatched freight, completed loads, and applicable pay policies. Fuel surcharges and accessorial payments will be handled according to the written driver compensation agreement. DRIVER REQUIREMENTS Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A). Safe driving record and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR). Verifiable tractor-trailer experience preferred. Current DOT medical qualification. Must pass required DOT drug and alcohol testing. Must comply with applicable FMCSA regulations. Dependable, professional, and able to communicate effectively with dispatch and customers.
