eline from first interview to Day 1, with a focus on bringing in new delivery drivers. You’ll also manage scheduling for the entire team, making sure the weekly roster is built, covered, and accurate. This is a high-volume, fast-paced role for someone who likes structure, stays on top of deadlines without being reminded, and is comfortable talking with a lot of people every week.
What You’ll Do
Recruiting & Onboarding
• Screen and interview a high volume of driver candidates
• Manage applicant data and keep the hiring pipeline moving
• Send offer letters and follow up with candidates
• Schedule and track onboarding tasks so new hires are ready on time
• Coordinate Day 1 setup, including I-9 completion and new hire paperwork
• Help new team members settle in and feel part of the team
Scheduling
• Build the weekly roster for the full team
• Review and process shift change requests
• Review and approve permanent schedule changes
• Work with operations to keep routes staffed and coverage consistent
What We’re Looking For
• Comfortable interviewing many candidates a week and keeping conversations professional and efficient
• Organized and detail-oriented with applicant data, spreadsheets, and tracking tools
• Strong self-manager who keeps up with tasks and due dates independently
• Clear, friendly communicator by phone, text, email, and in person
• Able to juggle recruiting and scheduling priorities without letting either slip
• Reliable, accountable, and comfortable in a fast-changing environment
Preferred (Not Required)
• College degree - field experience is valued equally
• Experience in recruiting, HR, staffing, or scheduling
• Familiarity with logistics, delivery, or high-turnover hiring environments
HR experience is not required. If you’re organized, people-oriented, and ready to learn, we’ll train you.
What We Offer
• $24-26/hour
