Receiving Representative

FlorStar Sales, Inc., the Midwest’s finest distributor of floor covering products is looking for an outgoing and service-oriented professional who is interested in becoming part of our team. Receiving Responsibilities o Receive and pre-receiving of all (including samples) shipments o Filling backorders, dating orders and updating customers o Set up and schedule inbound receiving shipment appointments o Working with the warehouse & inventory control teams to improve processes o Review direct ship orders for correct shipping notes & GL codes o Processing sample orders for sales reps and customers as assigned through product managers o Processing the RGA email box o Back up to customer service when needed Ideal Candidates Must Possess o PC Experience o Early Starter o Ability to work in a fast paced office environment o Possess outgoing, friendly, and professional etiquette o Excellent oral and written communication skills o A team player willing to work with several departments o Highly organized with excellent follow-up skills Work hours: Monday-Friday: 6:00 am – 3:00 pm, Paid Holidays, No Weekends We offer a competitive salary and benefits package that includes 401K match Florstar Sales, Inc. 1075 Taylor Rd.
