About the role ABM is a family-run office technology company in Fort Wayne. We sell and service copiers, printers and supplies for businesses across the region, and everything we deliver comes through our warehouse first. We are hiring a Receiving & Distribution Specialist to own that flow. This is a hands-on role with no one to manage. Your job is the work itself, done right. What you would do Receive every inbound shipment, check it against the purchase order, and log it the same day. Keep inventory counts and locations exact in our business system. Stage equipment and supplies so every delivery leaves with the right items and paperwork. Call vendors and freight carriers about shortages, damage and returns. Keep the warehouse organized and safe. Help with a delivery now and then when the schedule needs it. You will thrive here if you Have worked in receiving, shipping, a warehouse or inventory. Are comfortable entering information in a computer system. We will train you on ours. The details Full time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Warehouse based in Fort Wayne. Valid driver's license and clean driving record (no CDL needed).
