Receiving Associate – Apparel Decoration (Screen Printing & Embroidery)

We’re looking for a careful, organized Receiving Associate to join our warehouse team. What You’ll Do Receive incoming garment shipments (t-shirts, polos, hats, outerwear and more) from suppliers such as SanMar, S&S Activewear and alliance partners Count every shipment piece by piece and check it against the purchase order by style, color and size Find and report shortages, overages, damaged goods and wrong items before they reach production Enter what you receive into our order management system and our receiving app on a computer or tablet Stage and label received goods by job so the decoration departments can start right away Move product between our two warehouse locations when needed Keep the receiving area clean, organized and safe Help with shipping, inventory counts and general warehouse work when needed What We’re Looking For Strong attention to detail. Counting accurately is the most important part of this job. Comfortable on a computer: entering data, looking up orders, and using email and simple spreadsheets Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for a full shift Reliable, on time, and able to work on your own once trained High school diploma or GED preferred Nice to Have Experience receiving goods in a warehouse, distribution center or retail stockroom Experience with apparel, screen printing, embroidery or promotional products Bilingual in English and Spanish Forklift or pallet-jack experience Benefits [Paid time off / paid holidays / employee discount To Apply: Submit your resume through Indeed.
