This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate inventory, and ensuring merchandise is available for order selection in a timely manner. Essential duties and responsibilities Unloading trailers using powered industrial equipment. Accurately breaking down and palletizing products to be received. Inspects to ensure proper products are received. Inspects products for damage. Accurately counts and receives products. Accurately labels products once received. Note any discrepancies on all associated paperwork. Maintains safe, clean, organized work area. Performs daily equipment inspections and reports any findings to management. Maintains productivity and accuracy standards while working in a fast – paced environment. Follows all company policies and OSHA safety requirements. Performs other warehouse duties as assigned by management. Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Ability to work for extended periods in multi – temperature storage environment. Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and climb as required throughout the shift. Ability to lift and move products as required by the position. Ability to safely operate a forklift or pallet jack in confined warehouse aisles. Ability to wear required personal protective equipment. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and safety.
