Receiving and Shipping Associate

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Receiving and Shipping Associate to join our dynamic logistics team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for managing the flow of goods into and out of our warehouse, ensuring accurate inventory control, timely order fulfillment, and seamless shipping and receiving operations. Your proactive approach will help maintain optimal warehouse efficiency, support customer satisfaction, and uphold compliance with trade regulations. Duties Receive incoming shipments by verifying delivery documents, inspecting goods for damage, and recording receipt in the warehouse management system (WMS). Prepare outbound shipments by picking, packing, and labeling products accurately using RF scanners, order pickers, pallet jacks, and packaging materials. Load and unload trucks efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment while adhering to safety protocols. Support warehouse operations by stocking shelves, organizing storage areas, and ensuring a clean and safe work environment. Requirements Proven experience in warehouse operations with familiarity in inventory management software, WMS. Strong knowledge of shipping logistics, and load & unload procedures. Ability to operate forklifts safely; forklift certification is required. Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with team members and external partners. Experience working with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, and other warehouse technology. Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy items safely, and perform repetitive tasks efficiently. Steel toe boots required.
