Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Receiver to join our warehouse operations team. The Receiver plays a vital role in ensuring the accurate and efficient receipt, inspection, and documentation of incoming shipments. Key Responsibilities: Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy, damages, and compliance with purchase orders Operate equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport goods safely Prepare items for storage by stocking shelves or designated areas following proper packaging and labeling procedures Assist with kitting sets for the upholstery line Ensure proper handling of goods during load & unload operations to prevent damage Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment adhering to safety protocols Support inventory control through regular stock checks and reconciliation using basic math skills Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to warehouse distribution processes Experience Proven warehouse experience with a focus on receiving functions Hands-on experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks Knowledge of warehouse distribution practices including order picking & packing Basic math skills for inventory counting and data entry accuracy Strong understanding of safety standards related to warehouse operations Prior experience with order picker equipment and packaging procedures is preferred If you are motivated by efficiency, accuracy, and teamwork within a fast-paced warehouse environment, we encourage you to apply.
