We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Real Estate Operations Associate to support the day-to-day operations of a real estate management business. This role is a hybrid position spanning bookkeeping support, property management coordination, leasing administration, and property marketing.

You will work closely with ownership and leadership to help streamline operations, manage financial workflows, support tenants, and assist with leasing and marketing efforts across a portfolio of residential and commercial properties.

Financial & Bookkeeping Support

  • Assist with bank reconciliations, transaction coding, and general bookkeeping

  • Track rent collections, deposits, and outstanding balances

  • Support accounts payable and vendor payments

  • Maintain organized digital records for invoices, receipts, and contracts

  • Assist with monthly financial reporting and property-level tracking

Property Management Operations

  • Serve as a point of contact for tenants regarding maintenance requests, questions, and move-ins/outs

  • Coordinate vendors and contractors for repairs and ongoing property needs

  • Track work orders and follow up to completion

  • Assist with unit turnovers, inspections, and documentation

  • Maintain property files and compliance documentation

Tenant Administration

  • Assist with marketing vacant units and responding to inquiries

  • Schedule showings and coordinate applications

  • Prepare lease documents and onboarding materials

  • Track security deposits, lease terms, and renewals

  • Support move-in and move-out processes

Property Marketing & Administrative Support

  • Help create and post property listings

  • Assist with basic marketing efforts including photos, descriptions, and online presence

  • Support email correspondence, scheduling, and general administrative tasks

  • Maintain organized systems across property, tenant, and financial records
