In this role, you’ll be responsible for delivering and installing real estate signs, managing inventory, coordinating equipment, and ensuring everything arrives where it needs to be—on time and in excellent condition. Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000 yearly + full benefits package Responsibilities: What You’ll Do Deliver and professionally install real estate signs throughout the Washington-Arlington-Alexandria area. Manage and maintain accurate sign and equipment inventory . Coordinate sign installations, removals, and replacements with agents and the team. Communicate professionally with agents, clients, and team members . Plan efficient delivery routes to ensure timely and reliable service . Inspect signs and equipment to ensure proper installation, condition, and maintenance. Follow all company safety procedures and operational guidelines . Provide dependable field support that helps keep listings and real estate operations running smoothly . Assist with additional field and operational tasks as needed. Qualifications: What We’re Looking For Experience with delivery, installation, equipment handling, or field services ; real estate experience is a plus. Strong inventory management and organizational skills . Excellent communication, customer service, and teamwork skills. Ability to follow safety procedures and company guidelines . Strong time-management and route-planning skills . Reliable, dependable, and professional with a strong work ethic. Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field .
