Reach Truck Operator

Job Description We are looking for seasoned Reach Truck drivers to help us deliver an exceptional experience to our customers. Duties include inventory stocking, order picking, pulling raw materials for production work orders and supporting other various operations in a warehouse setting. Full-time Available full time shifts include: Sunday - Wednesday 7:00 am - 5:30 pm Monday - Thursday 12pm - 1030pm Monday - Friday 7am - 330pm About the Company: Started in 1995 MoreFlavor! Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Must be trained and capable of driving a Reach Truck Must have previous fork lift experience Previous inventory management experience, including cycle counting Put away palletized units by lifting forks for placement into racks above floor height Maintain orderly and safe working conditions Accurate processing of retail and wholesale orders Receive, stock, and maintain accurate inventory Meet attendance expectations Meet productivity and quality expectations Monitor battery charge, maintain, and clean batteries, and leave material handling equipment at the proper charging station Basic Qualifications & Skills: High School diploma or GED Excellent computer skills Detail oriented with careful attention to accuracy Courteous and professional demeanor Dependable and punctual with reliable transportation Positive and helpful attitude Must be able to speak, read, and take direction in English Must be able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and meet/exceed productivity and quality goals Must be physically capable of working in conditions normally associated with a merchandise warehouse or distribution center (such as, but not limited to, warm and cold temperatures, some janitorial work) Must be able to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with hand held device and/or tablet based order processing Load and unload materials on and off pallets, skids, or lifting device Working Conditions & Environment: Candidates must be able to consistently lift, open and move inventory weighing 70 lbs.; must be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, reach, and stand/walk for up to 8-10 hours with or without reasonable accommodation; must be physically capable of working in conditions normally associated with a merchandise warehouse or distribution center (such as, but not limited to, warm and cold temperatures, some janitorial work, etc.).
