Ramp Operations Technician

Synergy Flight Center is a rapidly growing aviation company seeking a full-time Ramp Operations Technician at the Central Illinois Regional Airport (BMI) in Bloomington, IL. Ramp Operations Technicians are responsible for safely guiding, greeting, fueling and all handling of aircraft while guests are on the Synergy Campus. Focus and attention to detail are key attributes to finding success as a Ramp Operations Technician. Candidates must be able to think on their toes and adapt to change quickly. In addition to a full-service FBO, Synergy offers aircraft management, flight training, aircraft rental, aircraft maintenance, aircraft detailing and aircraft sales services. Job Duties/Responsibilities Responsible to follow and comply with all aviation safety rules and regulations Perform daily fuel/delivery system quality assurance checks Fueling/de-icing aircraft as needed Responsible for greeting, parking, towing, moving and marshaling aircraft arriving or departing Assist passengers and/or crew with baggage/cargo Assist with wing-walking duties Responsible for lavatory service; providing oil for aircraft General cleaning and clearing of debris from ramp, building and customer areas Cleaning/maintenance of the facilities and vehicles owned/leased by the company Handling customers' need to their satisfaction Assist with lawn care and snow removal Assist with cargo operations Familiarity with Microsoft Suite, Internet, Email usage Other duties as assigned by your supervisor or manager At times be willing to do things outside of your job descriptions to assist other company departments when called upon.
