This position requires a candidate able to work at a fast pace while maintaining accuracy. Job Requirements: Able to lift 50lbs. Possesses good computer skills Possesses good communication skills Punctual and dependable Has a great attitude Arrives dressed properly (no sagging pants or revealing clothing) Arrives with steel toed shoes or boots Job duties include but are not limited to: Verifies product part numbers against DXP pick ticket Verifies product quantities against DXP pick ticket Verifies date codes for time sensitive product Produces custom customer specific labels Packages product properly for shipping Consolidates customer orders for bulk shipping Works end of day reports Provides direction to order pickers and shipping clerks Participates in housekeeping activities Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm with 1 hour lunch and two 15-minute breaks. Location: USA:TX:Grand Prairie DXP offers a comprehensive benefits package for full-time regular employees, normally working a minimum of 30 hours per week, including: medical, dental, vision, flexible spending account, paid holidays, life and disability insurance, and additional supplemental benefits.
