This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive cost savings, negotiate strategic supplier agreements, improve sourcing processes, and collaborate with senior leadership in a growing digital marketing and technology environment. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing and procurement initiatives across Marketing, Advertising, IT, and professional services. Develop sourcing strategies to optimize supplier performance, reduce costs, and mitigate risks. Negotiate supplier contracts, pricing, and favorable commercial terms. Manage vendor selection, competitive bidding, supplier evaluations, and contract renewals. Analyze Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), pricing structures, and cost-saving opportunities. Partner with Legal, Finance, IT, Security, and business teams to finalize agreements and ensure compliance. Conduct supplier risk assessments and support due diligence activities. Present sourcing strategies, financial analyses, and recommendations to senior executives. Improve procurement policies, procedures, and sourcing methodologies. Leverage AI-powered tools, ERP systems, and contract management platforms to enhance operational efficiency. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. 5+ years of strategic sourcing experience involving Marketing and IT-related expenditures. 5+ years of contract negotiation experience. 4+ years of experience developing sourcing strategies and leading business initiatives. 4+ years of experience in digital media, advertising, or marketing-related industries. 4+ years of experience sourcing IT-related products and services, including software, consulting, and staff augmentation. Experience with procurement ERP systems and contract management tools. Strong financial analysis, negotiation, and vendor management skills. Excellent communication skills and experience working with senior leadership. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Preferred Qualifications MBA or advanced degree in Finance. Experience with NetSuite, Gatekeeper, or similar sourcing platforms. Experience implementing sourcing methodologies and procurement improvements. Familiarity with AI-enabled business tools. Additional Information Hybrid position requiring office attendance three days per week. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available.
