In this role, you will oversee sourcing, vendor management, and inventory control to ensure seamless procurement processes that support manufacturing and business objectives. Job Responsibilities Knowledge of MRO's and related functions Order office supplies and maintain related records Order safety supplies and maintain related records. Order production supplies and maintain related records. Customer service contact with customers and vendors Maintain sales orders and worker orders. Schedule trucks and delivery for customer parts. Make Plant Manager aware of safety issues and concerns. Perform general housekeeping duties as directed. Perform duties as directed by Plant Manger Job Comprehension Requirements Must be able to Read, write and comprehend job duties Must be able to perform your job duties while being safety oriented. Communicate well to Customers and Vendors Must be kind and considerate to all customers and vendors when communicating. Be able to accommodate for customers when needed.
