Hiring: Purchasing Associate | Plano, TX | Long-Term Contract MSR Technology Group, an Inc. 500/5000 recognized company for seven consecutive years, is hiring a Purchasing Associate for an exciting long-term contract opportunity in Plano, Texas. Location: Plano, TX 75024 — Onsite Pay Rate: $28/hour on W2 with benefits Duration: Long-Term Contract Key Responsibilities Support purchasing, procurement, and supplier management activities. Process and maintain SAP/Ariba purchase requisitions and purchase orders. Manage supplier follow-ups, price variances, payment requests, and weekly reports. Maintain purchasing documentation and improve business processes. Coordinate meetings, events, travel, and other administrative activities. Required Qualifications Associate degree or higher, or 2+ years of equivalent professional experience. At least 1 year of automotive purchasing, buying, or procurement experience. Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and Macros. Intermediate or higher PowerPoint skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft Power BI. Ability to complete Excel and PowerPoint assessments with a minimum score of 80%. Preferred Skills: SAP Ariba, Power BI reporting, Visio/Lucidchart, and experience with automotive purchasing systems. Important Candidate Requirements Must be able to work onsite in Plano, TX . Applicants must be local to the Dallas–Plano area and able to commute daily.
