Starting Wage: $22-28/hour depending on experience Summary: Full-Time (40 hrs/wk): Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM Monitor supply levels and make appropriate purchases as necessary Evaluate vendors to determine best price and quality of supplies purchased while negotiating prices accordingly Receive and process all requests for supplies made by various company departments and locations. Allocate appropriate cost to proper location Retains records on purchases/requests/filled orders Responsible for licensing and registration of all fleet vehicles Travel Arrangements-Flights, Hotels, Conference rooms Reviews, codes and approves all invoices related to items purchased Coordinates and purchases food needs for meetings and events Contacts suppliers to schedule or expedite deliveries, to resolve shortages, missed or late deliveries, and other concerns Prepares, maintains, and reviews purchasing files, reports and price lists Tracks the status of requisitions, contracts, and orders Purchasing of Cell Phones and Managing of corporate account Purchasing of company uniforms Participates in department and company improvement activities, positively contributing to the team Proactively communicates issues and action taken or needed with Manager and/or Supervisor Maintains good attendance, punctuality and safe work practices Work in conjunction with Fleet Manager. Other duties as assigned REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS: One-year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Effective collaborator and communicator Strong facilitation and problem-solving skills Ability to communicate well with external and internal customers and management.
