Dr.’s Remedy is a doctor-formulated nail care and wellness brand seeking an organized, proactive Operations & Logistics Assistant to support daily operations and keep projects moving across our small team. Working alongside our Operations Coordinator and Inventory Control Manager, you’ll support logistics, monitor inventory needs, assist with product launches and help improve internal processes. You’ll also receive training in purchasing and vendor coordination, with opportunities to take greater ownership as you grow. What you’ll do Monitor changing inventory and component needs for product launches, conferences and ongoing fulfillment, flagging shortages and supporting supply planning. Support our Operations Coordinator and Inventory Control Manager, who will initially retain responsibility for weekly component reconciliation, bill of lading (BOL) cross-checking and purchase order placement. Help coordinate domestic and international shipments, tracking deliveries and working with suppliers, freight providers and fulfillment partners on shipping documentation and requirements. Organize conference logistics, including preparing, packing and shipping products and materials. Help facilitate and support new product development by tracking samples, feedback, timelines and outstanding tasks. Maintain accurate spreadsheets, project trackers and operational records. Help maintain smooth in-office operations and document processes to improve consistency and backup coverage. Cross-train in sourcing, component ordering, cost comparisons and supplier follow-up, supporting our Operations Coordinator and assuming additional responsibilities over time. What we’re looking for Strong organization, attention to detail and dependable follow-through. Initiative: you anticipate needs, flag problems early and help find solutions. Clear written communication and confidence coordinating with colleagues and outside partners. Comfort using spreadsheets, online platforms and project-tracking tools. The ability to manage several priorities and work independently. Willingness to learn the details of our products, suppliers and operations. Experience in operations, logistics, inventory, purchasing or project coordination is helpful. International logistics and shipping experience, including familiarity with freight requirements and shipping documentation, is especially valuable. Consumer product or e-commerce experience is a plus. Room to grow You’ll work closely with our Operations Coordinator and Inventory Control Manager to learn our systems and supplier relationships. Your initial focus will be daily operational support, with training in specialized procurement and inventory processes to build backup coverage. As your experience develops, the role may expand to include greater responsibility for procurement, inventory planning, vendor management and product coordination.
