Construction Project Manager – High-End Residential (Hamptons) Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 / year Location: Hamptons and North Fork Company: UBS Builders UBS Builders is a premier general contracting firm specializing in high-end residential construction and renovations in the Hamptons and New York City. We are seeking a career driven , self-motivated, and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to oversee projects from initial bidding through punch-list completion in the Hamptons. This role requires exceptional coordination skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to uphold the highest standards of craftsmanship and professionalism. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage project scope, budget, schedule, and quality from start to finish. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, designers and architects. Collaboratively manage subcontractors with the Project Supervisor. Interpret and analyze construction documents to anticipate challenges and implement solutions. Prepare and present project budgets, cost updates, and financial projections. Submit change orders and contract adjustments prior to work being completed onsite. This requires continually focus on scope review and job costing exercises. Oversee submittals, shop drawings, procurement, and vendor coordination. Issue agendas and prepare meeting minutes. Ensure all work meets the luxury-level standards expected in high-end residential construction. Support project closeout, including punch list management and turnover. Required Qualifications 8+ years of construction project management experience, with at least several years in high-end custom residential work. Strong ability to read and interpret architectural, MEP, lighting, A/V, and structural plans . Solid understanding of the AIA billing process , including change orders. Experience with meeting documentation, submittal management, and shop drawing review. On-site experience ( 3+ years preferred ) with the confidence to work collaboratively with trades. Proven leadership abilities—capable of motivating teams and delivering projects on time and within budget. Professional communication skills and the ability to maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, designers, subcontractors, and vendors. Highly organized self-starter with excellent problem-solving capabilities. Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, and Word . Experience with MS Project or Procore is a plus. Valid driver’s license and the ability to attend site meetings in the Hamptons as needed.
