What You’ll Do: As a Project Coordinator , you will manage client projects from quotation through execution and turnover, working closely with Engineering and Operations teams across our Technical Solutions business. You will play a key role in ensuring successful project delivery, strong client relationships, and operational efficiency. Your day-to-day will involve: Managing client projects end-to-end, from quotation through execution, delivery, and turnover Preparing quotations, project documentation, and client reporting Coordinating with procurement, field service, and production teams to ensure timely execution Monitoring project budgets and schedules and supporting billing and reporting requirements Supporting quality control through documentation, internal reviews, and compliance with applicable standards Assisting with project close-out, including turnover packages and quality documentation Maintaining technical familiarity with relevant standards and product/service offerings (ex.
