Sunnyvale, California 94043 Posted October 7th, 2026 Job Type: Full Time Job Category: IT Job Description Role: Program Manager with Supply Chain Operations (Data Center) Location: Sunnyvale, CA – Onsite Fulltime – Permanent Job Description Must Have Technical/Functional Skills SCM - Sourcing Program Manager Data Center Discovery and Migration Key Responsibilities Drive end-to-end execution of operational and program management initiatives within the Supply Chain and Data Center ecosystem. Coordinate across multiple stakeholders to track deliverables, dependencies, risks, and action items. Ensure operational processes are executed accurately and efficiently with high attention to detail. Own project plans, status reporting, governance, and follow-through to successful completion. Monitor program milestones and proactively resolve roadblocks. Support business operations through planning, reporting, coordination, process improvement, and execution activities. Analyze operational data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for decision-making. Establish and maintain documentation, operational procedures, and program artifacts. Drive accountability across teams to ensure commitments are met on time and with quality. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. 5+ years of Program Management, Project Management, or Operations experience. Experience supporting Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, or Data Center Operations environments. Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage complex operational workflows. Proven ability to drive initiatives independently from planning through closure. Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in large-scale Data Center, Cloud Infrastructure, or Technology Operations envi ronments. Familiarity with Supply Chain planning, inventory management, logistics, vendor coordination, or infrastructure deployment processes. Experience with project/program management tools such as Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, Jira, Planner, or similar platforms. PMP, PgMP, CAPM, Lean, or Six Sigma certification is a plus.
