Program Logistician Level III Support Support Location: 8222 Hoadley Road, Aberdeen Proving Ground, Edgewood, MD 21010. Client: CPE CBRND Job Type: Full-Time On-Site Clearance: Active Secret Clerance Position Overview The Program Logistician Level III will provide comprehensive logistics and Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) support throughout the program acquisition life cycle. The role will support logistics planning, documentation, sustainment, risk management, program reviews, fielding activities, and coordination with program leadership and government stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Execute Air Force processes associated with the 12 Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) elements and incorporate results into appropriate acquisition documentation. Perform Joint Integrated Logistics Assessments , as required, in accordance with the roles and responsibilities outlined in CPE CBRND Policy #34 . Perform analysis of field documentation, including Level of Repair Analysis (LORA), maintenance analysis, and related documentation , to update repair activities at both depot and local levels. Review and provide comments on deliverables from the materiel development contract, including: System developer progress status and management reports Failure Report and Corrective Action System (FRACAS) Hazardous Materials Management Plan (HMMP) reports Test reports Logistics information summaries Provisioning and technical data Manpower and Personnel Integration (MANPRINT) Human Systems Integration (HSI) documentation Technical manual validation reports and technical manuals Training support packages Corrosion prevention and control plans Engineering Change Proposals (ECP) Materiel Fielding Plans (MFP) Develop and maintain a consolidated logistics schedule for each program within the assigned portfolio. Update the schedule monthly to reflect major program milestones that impact or could impact logistics activities. Plan, coordinate, and execute formal technical manual validation and verification events for each program based on established schedules and milestones. Participate in and provide input to: Program functional milestone decisions Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) In-Process Reviews (IPRs) Required program updates for the materiel development contract Provide logistics input into key program documentation, including: Life Cycle Cost Estimate (LCCE) Life Cycle Sustainment Plan (LCSP) Test and Evaluation Master Plan (TEMP) Systems Engineering Plan (SEP) Provide logistics requirements for the assigned program’s Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) and Risk Management Plan (RMP) and update these documents as necessary. Develop, update, and maintain program strategies and plans, including: Supportability strategies Life Cycle Sustainment Plans (LCSP) New Equipment Training (NET) plans Training plans Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS) and obsolescence plans Technical Order Life Cycle Management Plans (TOLCMP) Technical Order Life Cycle Verification Plans (TOLCVP) Provide logistics requirements and input for Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs) . Analyze logistics processes to identify areas requiring change and determine how emerging technologies can be applied to improve those processes. Provide recommendations regarding logistical issues to program leadership. Manage the drafting and staffing of logistics documentation for the Joint Project Manager (JPM) and United States Air Force (USAF) . Develop, establish, implement, and maintain logistics plans, schedules, controls, instructions, and procedures. Generate progress reports and other logistics tracking information related to assigned programs. Ensure programs follow effective logistics practices throughout the acquisition life cycle. Plan, manage, coordinate, and monitor logistics activities to ensure issues and concerns are appropriately addressed.
