Professional Driver / Fleet Maintenance Technician

Bin Pro Dumpster Rental – Janesville, MN We’re growing fast and we’re looking for a responsible, mechanically-minded driver who takes pride in running clean equipment, showing up on time, and keeping customers happy. If you like variety, problem solving, and working with your hands AND you can handle a truck safely, you’ll fit right in. What You’ll Do Drive. Maintain. Build. Represent Bin Pro. This is a hands on, hybrid role. You’ll be trusted with our trucks, our equipment, and our reputation. Your day-to-day will include: Safely operating hook-lift trucks across Southern Minnesota Assisting with building, upfitting, and outfitting new trucks , including hook-lift systems and tarp systems Conducting routine inspections and preventive maintenance (fluids, tires, brakes, suspension, hydraulics, air systems) Diagnosing mechanical issues using basic diagnostic tools and performing repairs or component replacement Fabricating or modifying parts as needed using hand tools, power tools, welding, or light fabrication Keeping detailed maintenance records, vehicle logs, and inspection documentation Reading schematics or diagrams to troubleshoot mechanical or electrical issues Keeping trucks, dumpsters, and equipment clean, organized, and inspection-ready Communicating professionally with dispatch, teammates, and customers Ensuring all fleet vehicles meet safety standards and DOT/industry compliance Helping improve our processes as we continue to scale Requirements Clean driving record (no exceptions) CDL-A or CDL-B preferred — OR willingness to obtain one (we’ll help the right person) Prior experience in diesel, automotive, or heavy-equipment maintenance preferred Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on repair experience Ability to read schematics, diagrams, or service manuals Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work safely Strong work ethic, dependable, and detail-oriented Professional attitude with solid customer service skills What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience and skill level Consistent, year-round work Opportunity to grow with a fast-scaling, family-owned company Involvement in new truck builds and fleet expansion projects Supportive team — no corporate red tape Real career path (more responsibility, more skills, more pay) How to Apply Send us a quick message with your: Name Driving background Maintenance experience Why you think you’d be a good fit Or email us directly at Justin@mybinpro.com Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Flexible schedule Paid time off People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply License/Certification: Driver's License (Required) CDL (Preferred) Shift availability: Day Shift (Required) Ability to Commute: Janesville, MN 56048 (Required) Work Location: In person
