Production Supervisor/Manager

Responsibilities Lead and coordinate all aspects of production operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and process management to meet daily output targets.. Oversee quality control procedures to ensure products meet specifications and regulatory standards. Implement and monitor production planning strategies to maximize efficiency while adhering to safety protocols. Analyze data using Microsoft Excel for production metrics, supply chain analytics, and process improvement opportunities. Manage plant operations by overseeing team leadership, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork. Skills Extensive experience in production management within manufacturing environments with a focus on lean management techniques. Strong analytical skills utilizing Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting on production performance. Expertise in supply chain management including logistics coordination, inventory control, and supply chain analytics. Demonstrated ability in team leadership with excellent cross-functional communication skills. Commitment to continuous improvement through process optimization and lean manufacturing strategies.
