Maverick TechAbout the Role As a Production Planning Specialist, you will serve as the architect of our operational workflow, ensuring that customer demand is seamlessly met through precise capacity management. You will drive organizational success by balancing complex production schedules with revenue forecasting to optimize facility throughput. Responsibilities Develop and maintain comprehensive production schedules that align with multi-stage manufacturing processes. Translate sales forecasts and expected bookings into actionable revenue projections and production plans. Proactively identify and resolve potential bottlenecks by analyzing the gap between production targets and available capacity. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure adherence to ISO standards, safety protocols, and operational work instructions. Monitor and adjust master schedules to ensure alignment with quarterly and annual financial objectives. Utilize advanced scheduling software to track project milestones and ensure timely delivery of finished goods. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or GED equivalent. 3-5 years of professional experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment. Demonstrated expertise in material procurement, supplier coordination, and complex schedule management. Strong analytical capabilities with a focus on production optimization and capacity planning. Proven ability to lead initiatives and manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced setting. Preferred Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field. Hands-on experience with P6/Primavera software for project and production scheduling. Advanced proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and percentage-of-completion (POC) calculations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high degree of organizational discipline.
