Base salary $90k–$125k+ Medical, dental, vision, matching 401(k) Generous PTO, sick leave, and paid holidays Plan hardware that flies on Aerospace and military platforms, not commodity parts Room to grow toward senior planner or production control leadership Job Details Job Details: You'll own scheduling for assigned part numbers across hydraulic and structural flight hardware, keeping production aligned to the Master Schedule and customer delivery dates. Schedule assigned part numbers in the advanced planning system based on cycle time, hardware and tooling availability, and the Master Schedule Track material shortages, outside processing, and supply and demand gaps, and drive corrective action plans with manufacturing and supply sources Coordinate across functions and shifts to clear bottlenecks, parts shortages, machine maintenance, and manpower issues Prepare work orders, maintain traceability on manufacturing records and ICR transfers, and ensure on-time shipments Analyze production status and data to flag schedule risk, reduce inventory, and improve service levels and cost Looking for: Production control, planning, or material control experience, including hands-on use of an ERP planning system Planner I through Senior Planner considered Experience in any of the following areas welcomed: Epicor or other ERP/MRP planning systems Aerospace or defense manufacturing (AS9100 environments) Material control, sourcing, or supply chain Shortage management and outside processing coordination Work orders, traceability, and configuration control Lean / Six Sigma Advanced Excel and complex spreadsheets Interested in hearing more?
