Position Overview The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing all construction operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards. This role manages production teams, subcontractors, suppliers, scheduling, material procurement, and quality control while supporting both Maryland and Delaware operations. Key Responsibilities Oversee all phases of residential roofing and remodeling projects Manage project schedules from contract signing through completion Create and manage material orders and work orders Coordinate material deliveries and installation schedules Develop and maintain production reports to track project progress Work closely with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing Review contracts and provide production support to the sales team Track and resolve production issues, customer concerns, and warranty requests Ensure projects are completed within established timelines and budgets Maintain quality control standards across all projects Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks and production challenges Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and vendors Ensure safe jobsite practices and compliance with company standards Qualifications Experience managing construction or production operations Residential roofing or remodeling experience preferred Strong leadership and team management abilities Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Experience working with subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams Proficiency with construction management software Experience with JobNimbus is preferred Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills Success in This Role The ideal candidate will: Maintain high-quality production standards Keep projects on schedule and within budget Build and maintain strong subcontractor relationships Lead and develop production team members Ensure excellent customer satisfaction throughout the construction process Benefits Paid Time Off (PTO) Schedule Monday to Friday 8-Hour Shift Apply today to join one of the region's growing roofing and remodeling companies and help lead our Maryland and Delaware production operations.
