Production Manager - First Shift

Job Description: Join us as a Production Manager - First Shift and take the lead on production execution, quality, and safety. You'll coordinate resources, drive performance improvements, and partner across teams to deliver consistent results in a dynamic manufacturing environment. **This position is located in Lancaster, NY** What will you do? Oversee end-to-end manufacturing operations and ensure consistent execution of standards across all shifts Coordinate production planning, prioritize workflows, and allocate people and equipment to meet targets Monitor KPIs, address quality and safety deviations, and resolve blockers through structured escalation Collaborate with maintenance, supply chain, and quality teams to stabilize performance and implement improvement initiatives What are the key skills we are looking for? For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 117,600 - USD 176,400 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives.
