Production Manager

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Construction Production Manager to ensure the seamless flow of production processes. In this role, you will oversee and coordinate projects from sale to complete. You will be responsible for managing installation crews to meet quality standards and production targets. Responsibilities Supervise daily production activities ensuring adherence to our processes and our quality standards Coordinate scheduling projects, optimizing workflow to maximize productivity and minimize downtime Manage warehouse operations related to inventory, utilizing forklift and hand tools as needed Conduct regular inspections of trailers and machines to maintain mechanical reliability and safety compliance. Coordinate repairs as needed. Implement process improvements by analyzing production data, identifying bottlenecks, and applying best practices QC checks on projects Experience EXTERIOR HOME IMPROVEMENT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Sales Management experience a plus Proven experience working in a similar role required Strong mechanical knowledge related to equipment, machinery maintenance, and troubleshooting Experience pulling trailers Warehouse experience including forklift operation certification is highly desirable Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively in a fast-paced production setting Knowledge of construction processes, quality control measures, and inventory management systems Join us to lead operations that keep our production running smoothly!
