We’re currently seeking a motivated and reliable Production Line Runner to join our dynamic Facilities Team. Position Overview: This full-time, permanent position is an established and vital part of our plant operations. The Production Line Runner plays a key role in maintaining an efficient flow of materials and finished goods throughout the production area, ensuring production lines remain consistently supplied and products are properly handled and stored. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, physically capable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment. This role requires a strong sense of urgency, teamwork, and the ability to prioritize tasks while maintaining a high standard of safety, quality, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Supply raw product to production as needed. House finish product into coolers for storage as needed. Pallet strapping and wrapping as required. Manage product using FIFO principles. Assist in all other production duties as required. General cleaning duties. Qualifications: Valid Forklift (FLT) and Power Jack licenses Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious Previous experience in shipping/receiving or warehousing is an asset Working Conditions: Flexibility to work overtime, afternoon shifts, and weekends. Comfortable working in refrigerated environments for short durations Part-time, permanent schedule with potential to increase hours as needed Shift start times may vary, beginning as early as 6:30 AM Physical & Sensory Requirements: Ability to lift, bend, walk, and stand for extended periods Must be able to read health and safety signage and hear equipment signals (e.g., vehicle horns) Requires problem-solving in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Why Join Us?
