Duties Assist with the assembly of products using hand tools and power tools, following detailed instructions and safety guidelines Operate forklifts safely to move raw materials, finished goods, and supplies within the warehouse or production area Support mechanical tasks such as equipment setup, adjustments, and basic maintenance to keep machinery running efficiently Prepare materials and components for production runs, ensuring proper storage and inventory management Maintain a clean and organized work environment by adhering to safety protocols and housekeeping standards Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals while ensuring quality standards are upheld Use hand tools and power tools for various assembly and maintenance tasks as needed Skills Proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or manufacturing setting (certification preferred) Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand machinery operation and basic troubleshooting Familiarity with manufacturing processes, assembly techniques, and quality control procedures Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively Prior warehouse experience that demonstrates reliability, organization, and teamwork skills Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately while maintaining high safety standards Good physical stamina for lifting, standing, walking, and working in a fast-paced environment This role is paid and offers a vibrant work atmosphere where your contributions directly impact our production success.
