Production & Fulfillment Assistant (Part-Time)

We handle sourcing, in-house compounding, encapsulation, and fulfillment ourselves. We're a small team moving quickly, and this is our first production hire, so you'll work directly with the founder and have a real say in how operations are built. What you'll do - Weigh, blend, and encapsulate powders following written batch procedures - Fill and label spray and capsule products - Pick, pack, and ship daily orders accurately - Track inventory counts and log batches - Keep the workspace clean, organized, and up to standard What we're looking for - Lab coursework or lab experience: you know how to use an analytical balance, follow a protocol exactly, and keep a clean bench - Detail-oriented. Precision matters more than speed here. - Dependable and self-directed: you show up when you say you will and can work without supervision once trained - Your own way to get to our Tempe workspace - Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs - Chemistry, biochemistry, biology, or pharmacy students strongly preferred Details - $18/hour - 15-25 hours/week, with a flexible schedule built around your classes - Room to grow hours and responsibility as the company scales - Start date: November 2026 Pay: $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 – 25.0 per week Benefits: Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
