Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Production / Assembly Supervisor specializing in Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV) and Autonomous Mobile Robot (AMR) systems. In this role, you will lead and oversee the assembly and manufacturing processes within a fast-paced production environment, ensuring high-quality output, safety compliance, and continuous process improvement. Your leadership will drive efficiency on the assembly line, manage production teams, and uphold safety standards to meet operational goals. Duties Supervise daily assembly operations for AGV and AMR systems, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards Lead, motivate, and manage assembly teams, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement Interpret technical drawings, manufacturing documents, and assembly instructions to guide team activities effectively Utilize measuring instruments and hand tools to verify component dimensions and ensure precise mechanical assembly Conduct safety inspections, enforce safety protocols, and promote compliance with industry safety standards in all activities Implement process improvements using lean manufacturing principles to optimize workflow and reduce waste Oversee the use of power tools and manual handling techniques for heavy lifting tasks while maintaining safety standards Qualifications Proven experience in factory or manufacturing environments with a focus on assembly or production supervision Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools, power tools, measuring instruments, and interpreting technical drawings Familiarity with forklift operation and certification preferred; ability to handle manual handling tasks safely Experience managing production or assembly teams within a manufacturing facility setting Knowledge of safety standards in production environments including lean manufacturing practices and process improvement strategies Ability to interpret complex manufacturing documents and technical instructions accurately Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in measuring, quality control, and documentation processes Join us to lead innovative assembly processes in a vibrant manufacturing setting!
